  Mr. Zvi Zigman began his career in 1978 as aeronatucal engineer in Israel Aircraft Industries. Design manager for structure and systems installation in civil airplanes and fighters. Research and develop of criterions for new fighter. In 1985-1986 worked at Grumman on a composite wing for the "Lavi". In 1988 established a design office for aeronautical and mechanical design services. Responsible as subcontract for upgrading F-4, F-5, MIG-21, Boeing-737 cargo. design of "Galaxy" and many mechanical and multi discipline developments. Since 1997 General Manager of ATZAN ,responsible for a wide range of services: Engineering, manufacturing and repair station. B.Sc in Aeronautical Engineering

  In 1980-1995 chief engineer and supervisor in IAI, Grumman and Bombardier. Participated in the "Lavi", "A320", "A330", "Astra" and "Galaxy" . Noam specializes in composite material structures. Developed bonding systems for integral pressurized structures. Since 1997 Noam is the Engineering and Quality Assurance Manager in ATZAN. He prepared the company for FAA, ISO 9001 and CAAI certifiocation . B.Sc in Machaniical Engineering
  
  
• sher Ben-Arie
  Asher is the production housekeeper and the chief inspector in ATZAN. Asher has thirty -five years of technical experience in aviation. He is a private pilot and radio control model plane hobbist. His inquisitive nature and intuitive technical instincts led him to great creativity. His expertise are composite materials, molding, tools design, fabrication, production planning and staff supervision.
